You benefit from Niehues Anlagenbau’s decades of experience in the design of the scraper bridges. Our manufacturing program includes various designs such as round scraper bridges with a shielding system or with a suction system for separating the soil sludge.
All scraper bridges can be equipped with an effective floating sludge skimming system. The size of the bridges is designed for pools up to 60 m in diameter. As an alternative to the rotary scrapers, the systems are also available as longitudinal scrapers.
As a welding company compliant with EN1090, we manufacture complex steel constructions of normal steel as well as of high-quality stainless steel. All scraper bridges are statically calculated and tested.
For winter operation, we have developed a lubrication-free rack and pinion drive system. The most modern production methods allow us to manufacture these products with the utmost precision.
